Community Provider Advisory Group
Supervisor Keith Carson and Alameda County Health Director, Colleen Chawla, are hosting a series of strategic conversations this summer and fall. This Community Provider Advisory Group (CPAG) will advise Alameda County Health on systemwide priorities and strategies to support the health and wellbeing of our communities. The group will meet five times between July and November for focused discussions on community health, behavioral health, and homelessness. With a commitment to health equity and the backdrop of an evolving safety net with multiple obligations and priorities, we are seeking to identify system strengths and opportunities, and to generate ideas and priorities for navigating the years ahead.
The Community Provider Advisory Group (CPAG) meetings will be held in-person with discussion limited to CPAG participants. To support broader community participation, the meetings will also be available as webinars, with opportunity for public comment. Meeting schedule:
