The Youth Services Team works with the Youth Action Board, County agencies, the CoC, and provider partners to deliver responsive services to young people aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The team oversees contracts delivering housing and supportive services, supports the Youth Action Board, and convenes community partners around ending youth homelessness.
