Alameda County Home Together Fund Community Meetings
In November and December 2025, Alameda County Supervisors and Alameda County Housing and Homelessness (H&H) carried out a series of regional community meetings about Measure W and implementation of the Alameda County Home Together Plan. These open community forums included presentations from County staff, constituents, and panel presentations with plenty of questions, comments and discussion from participants.
