Transition Age Youth (TAY) Coordinated Entry

Coordinated EntryCovenant House of California is the front door to housing & homelessness services. While young people can access services through any of the County’s Coordinated Entry Access Points or Housing Resource Centers, having an access point that is designed for and understands the unique needs and services for young people is critical to ensuring we meet the needs of young people.
