CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate)

Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a nationally-based organization that provides one-to-one court advocacy to abused, neglected and abandoned children who are dependents of the juvenile court.

Community Health Insights (CHI)

We are committed to strengthening systems of care that work together to deliver consumer-centered care and supporting high-need individuals (the people of Alameda County who face highly complex physical, behavioral, and social challenges) to achieve optimal independence and health.

Community Provider Advisory Group

The Community Provider Advisory Group (CPAG) meetings were held in-person with discussion limited to CPAG members. To support broader community participation, the meetings were also accessible as webinars, with opportunity for public comment.

Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance Program

The Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance department pre-screens Alameda County residents on the phone and provides information and referrals for application assistance for health insurance programs.

Health Program of Alameda County (HealthPAC)

The Health Program of Alameda County, known as HealthPAC, is a county program that offers low-cost health care to uninsured residents of Alameda County.
