Assessment

Psychiatric assessment is used to determine a person’s behavioral health challenges, establish a diagnosis, and plan their care and treatment.

Drop-in Urgent Care

We have walk-in clinics located throughout the county where clients can receive same-day medication assessment, treatment, and referrals for ongoing psychiatric care.

Eating Disorder Services (ED)

An Eating Disorder Consultant offers guidance and training to clinicians who need additional support in the treatment of clients who may present with symptoms related to eating issues or eating disorders, allowing these clients to continue treatment with their current clinician.

Intensive Care Coordination (ICC)

ICC is responsible for facilitating assessment, care planning, and coordination of services, including urgent services.

Perinatal Services

Pregnant and parenting women with young children get priority access to substance use treatment.

Specialty Services

The Adult and Older Adult System of Care has several specialty services, including the Schreiber Center, Enhanced Care Management, and Urgent Medication Clinics.

Transition Age Youth Services

Transition Age Youth Services focuses on improving outcomes for individuals aged 18-24 facing significant behavioral health challenges. The program aims to facilitate successful transitions to independence by collaborating with families, promoting self-sufficiency, and seamless integration into the community.
