Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT)

Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) is a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) level of service for individuals who have a documented severe mental illness and are not actively engaged in care.

The Care First, Jails Last program prioritizes a comprehensive care continuum over incarceration for mental illness and substance use, and advocates for justice and equity reforms.

Case Management Services

Case Management Services
Case management helps facilitate client wellness and autonomy through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication, education, money management, and service facilitation.

County Clinic Services

Clinic services include psychiatric consultation, assessment, medication management, money management, employment assistance, and other supports.

Drop-in Urgent Care

We have walk-in clinics located throughout the county where clients can receive same-day medication assessment, treatment, and referrals for ongoing psychiatric care.

Inpatient Hospitals

Psychiatric acute short-term hospitals and longer-term subacute inpatient hospitals.

Medication Support

Medication Support provides oversight and support to psychiatric prescribers throughout ACBHD. It helps to assure access to appropriate medication services, medications, and laboratory monitoring for ACBHD Clients.

Outreach Programs (Adults & Older Adults)

We provide intensive outreach and engagement with people needing behavioral health services who may be reluctant or resistant to treatment.

Residential Care

Short-term 24/7 treatment program that addresses both mental health and substance use.

Specialty Services

The Adult and Older Adult System of Care has several specialty services, including the Schreiber Center, Enhanced Care Management, and Urgent Medication Clinics.

Therapy Program

We offer one-on-one therapy sessions with a licensed mental health professional or with other patients in a group setting.

Urgent Medication Clinics

Urgent Medication Clinics provide limited psychiatric medication services on a walk-in basis.
