Alameda County Health, Behavioral Health Department (ACBHD) Adult & Older Adult Clinics provide both medical care and case management services, including psychiatric consultation, assessment, medication management, money management, employment assistance, and a host of other supports.

Our county clinics are located in Oakland, San Leandro, Pleasanton, and Fremont.
