Urgent Medication Clinics provide limited psychiatric medication services on a walk-in basis. People needing long-term psychiatric medications may contact the ACCESS Unit at 1 (800) 491-9099 for a screening and possible referral to a medication clinic.

Our Emergency Medication Clinics are located at the Oakland Community Support Clinic, Fremont Clinic, and Pleasanton Clinic. Please note our Urgent Medication Clinics do not provide pain medications or ADHD medications. Please seek assistance from your primary care physician.

Urgent Medication Clinics do not require a referral. Please contact your Managed Care Plan to request this service (Alameda Alliance for Health or Kaiser Permanente).
