In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Nursing Unit
The IHSS Nursing Unit provides in-home assessments for qualified individuals already receiving In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS). Public Health Nurses (PHNs) manage cases with complex medical needs that require paramedical services and assess medical needs, functional limitations, and safety concerns. Nurses also help by providing consultation, advocacy, and referrals to ensure clients receive the support they need. Our mission is to support independence, safety, and well-being for older adults and people with disabilities
