Contracts and Community Engagement

Program Information

The MPCAH Contracts and Community Engagement Team oversees the full contract lifecycle, monitors deliverables, and cultivates strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Together, our three core functions support and strengthens the Starting Out Strong Family System of Care.

  • Contracts & Grants Management ensures programs have the resources, accountability, and compliance support they need.
  • Outreach, Referral & Triage connects families to the home visiting program that best meets their needs.
  • Community Engagement fosters relationships, supports communication across MPCAH and partner agencies, and uplifts family voices.

As part of our Community Engagement work, we assist with the coordination of the Family Advisory Committee (FAC), including its meetings, activities, and member support.
