Children & Family Services (CFS) Nursing Units

Medically Fragile Unit: 

This unit supports children in the child welfare system who have complex medical needs. Public Health Nurses collaborate with caregivers, medical providers, and social workers to ensure children receive appropriate care, medications, and follow-up. We advocate for the health and stability of some of our most vulnerable youth. 

Services to Enhance Early Development (SEED): 

SEED nurses work with families of young children (ages 0–5) involved in the child welfare system to promote healthy development and early intervention. Through home visits, developmental screenings, and caregiver education, we help lay the foundation for lifelong health and learning.
