Back-to-School Vaccinations

According to California Law, all children need to receive certain immunizations in order to attend all public and private schools, including childcare centers, family day care homes, nursery schools, day nurseries, and developmental centers (pre-kindergarten facilities).

School Requirement Checklist:

Many medical facilities in Alameda County keep records of vaccinations given to their clients in a secure online database. Schools and childcare providers that would like read-only access to this database should contact us.
