Program Information

The MPCAH CQI Team supports data collection, analysis, and management across programs to enhance decision-making and impact. The team drives continuous quality improvement through robust monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the team provides support on developing data systems, strengthening infrastructure, and building staff capacity to foster a culture of data-informed practice and sustainable improvement.

What We Do

  • Develop systems to collect, manage, and analyze data to track program performance and outcomes
  • Develop tools and strategies that make data easy to use and understand and put into action
  • Measure the impact of MPCAH services and identify ways to improve them
  • Coordinates the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) process to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Lead quality improvement projects that make services more effective and accessible
  • Provide training and technical support to help staff and partners use data effectively
  • Collaborate across the department to fosters a culture of continuous improvement
