Behavioral Health services work best when the community helps shape them. The idea behind the Community Planning Process (CPP) is to make sure residents, providers, and local organizations have a seat at the table. For the BHSA Integrated Plan Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2027-2028, Alameda County will conduct the CPP from August 10, 2026 – November 10, 2026. The Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) requires counties to engage the community in a meaningful way. This is how counties, including Alameda County, stay connected to what is actually happening in our community and make sure our services are shaped by the community we serve.

Your input will help shape the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Integrated Plan Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2027-2028.
