Location: 1521 University Ave, Berkeley, CA 94703
Age Group Served: Family, Youth, and Children’s Services provides mental health services for children and youth who are under the age of 21 and their families. They must be Berkeley residents and/or students attending the Berkeley school.
Program Description: Youth and children living or attending school in Berkeley who have Alameda County Medi-Cal insurance can access mental health services at the Family, Youth, and Children’s Services Clinic or school-based.
Placement Period: September to June
Program/ Placement Hours: M – F: 7:30 AM–5 pm.
Preferred Discipline / Experience: MSW, MFT, PsyD and PhD interns are welcome
First or Second Year Students: Second year and experience with youth
Supervision & Training: 1 hour individual; 2 hours group, and 2 hours didactic
