The Critical Care Management Team is composed of licensed clinicians who monitor acute, sub-acute, and crisis system resources. They authorize services for adults or adolescents who are on involuntary psychiatric holds or need acute psychiatric care. The Critical Care Management team oversees high-level behavioral health services provided by community-based organizations, ensures appropriate levels of care that meet the clinical quality of care standards, and facilitates treatment and discharge plans in conjunction with other system partners.
