A: No. Care Partners is non-medical and light-touch, operating like a hub to the needed resources in the community and we can connect you to case management services.

Q: Are your services free?

A: Yes.

Q: Can clients self-refer?

A: Yes.

Q: If I am not an In-Home Supportive Services Care Provider or Recipient, but I reside in Alameda County, can I still get services with you?

A: Yes, if you meet the eligibility.

Q: In what languages are your services provided?

A: Currently, the multi-lingual team members can provide services in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese. Language Line support will be used for languages other than those listed above.

Q: Are you in In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)?

A: No, Care Partners works alongside IHSS to provide support to the IHSS Care Providers and Recipients.
