Transitional Shelter Care Facility (TrSCF)

Public Health Nurses at the TrSCF provide health assessments, direct nursing services, and care coordination for children admitted to the TrSCF. We ensure that each child receives timely medical attention, immunizations, and referrals, to support their well-being during a time of transition and uncertainty.
